At Operation Resurge, we are committed to empowering justice-involved youth by providing opportunity for mentorship, guidance, and resources to help build confidence, develop essential life skills and prepare for a brighter future.  However, we know that meaningful change cannot happen alone - it takes community and a shared vision to make a difference.  

We are continually growing our team with dedicated community members who share our passion for supporting loved ones and driving positive generational change for justice-involved youth.  Together, we are committed to creating meaningful impact and fostering a brighter future through advocacy empowerment, and justice reform. 

We believe that by working together, we can:

- Offer positive role models and mentors who inspire growth and resilience.

- Create safe and supportive spaces where youth can thrive.

- Build stronger connections between organizations, businesses, and schools and families to promote community-wide support.
