Operation Resurge is committed to fostering hope, accountability, and second changes by providing avenues for personal growth, continued education, skill-building, and helping our justice-involved youth realize their potential and ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive and contribute to their community.
We approach our mission through three phases of criminal justice involvement; arrest, incarceration and re-entry and we leverage well established community resources to align our loved ones with the most relevant opportunities based on individual needs.
Our focus is on "the ONE". We prioritize each of our Loved Ones as "the ONE" and strive to understand and address their real needs on an individual basis. Every loves one who crosses our path will have an impact on our community no matter where their journey leads them.

Diversion is intended to reduce youth exposure to incarceration. We believe strongly that diversion helps prevent long term justice involved activity and reduces the risk of recidivism, promotes healthy development, allows opportunity for continued education and employment, and reduces the risk of incarceration induced trauma.

When incarceration cannot be avoided, staying connected with our loved ones is critical! We help families stay in touch during this challenging season. We are currently building out a mentoring program to support our incarcerated loved ones as well as those on probation and electronic monitoring. Stay tuned for more on this topic!

We advocate for loved ones returning from incarceration, standing with them and their families, providing vital assistance and fostering a supportive community environment. Our innovative approach to re-entry is designed to pave clear pathways towards success and a brighter future.
